    Komfo worked closely with our great client, FK Distribution, to produce this case study to understanding how they use Social Media and what is important to them. In this case study, we will elaborate more into their business needs, why the Zendesk integration was so important for them, and why they chose Komfo as their Social Media tool.

    OBJECTIVE

    Many companies get support requests from customers, and an increasing part of these come from social channels.FK Distribution find it challenging to know how to deal with support requests made coming through social channels.     SOLUTION

    FK Distribution’s support based activities are managed through the customer service platform, Zendesk, meaning that any Social Media Management solution would require a seamless integration through to this tool.
